We must agree that Spring cleaning is an excellent way to shake off the remnants of winter and making room for the bright and new.

This is a time to analyze what is working for you and what is not and clean up your life.
So today I am sharing a few tips I got that will help you to cleanse your life! Here are the areas you should keep in mind when looking to make changes this Spring.

Spring cleaning time is the perfect opportunity to reflect on every detail in your life, not only your home.
You may want to use this time to clear out bad old habits that are holding you back and make way to a new lifestyle filled with the things that bring you joy and energy.

1. Physical Health
We all have the desire to live well, and to treat our body kindly. But around Spring all our healthy New Year’s resolutions might be forgotten.
Winter food habits might not help you either. You may suddenly see yourself indulging in unhealthy treats more often than you know you should.
If you really want to learn how to cleanse your life you should take a critical look at your eating and exercise habits.
Are you nurturing your body with the nutrients it needs to thrive and feel energetic? Can you improve your degree of physical activity?
Spring cleaning is a great time to do a lifestyle overhaul and clean your life and home.
2. Mental Health
Your mental health is a very important area you may need to give some spring cleaning.
If we do not take care of our mental or emotional health, we will find it difficult to maintain health in any other area.

When I think about spring cleaning my life and everything that it entails I know I also need to reflect about the people around me.
Are your relationships healthy or toxic? From family to friends, do your relationships build you up or destroy you?
Cleaning out your life means taking a good look at who you are spending your relationship currency on. Are they deserving of your love and nurturing?
By asking yourself these questions you may find that it it would be wise to spend less energy on someone who does not have your best interest at heart, in order to have more of yourself to give to those who do.
4. Life Schedule

Organize your life’s goal so your career will truly help you achieve what you want most in life.
Spring cleaning is a good time to take a look at even this area of your life, and decide whether you should keep on going or change your life clean.
I think we can agree that spring cleaning is the perfect excuse to move away from things that are no longer serving you well in your home and in your life.
